Shipping policy

Order preparation and delivery

Orders containing 1–20 products typically require 2 full working days to prepare before dispatch. Larger orders may take longer.

For EU, UK and US destinations, Standard shipping typically takes a further 2–5 working days after dispatch. Express options are available for selected destinations and reduce transit time, not preparation time.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and delays may occur.
